Planning for 2019
We have been listening to all ourfeedback from customers and their friends and family. We are aware of the fewgaps we have on our shop floor and have started to aim our collections towardsthe items you want to see in Blush Bridal.
After a tiring buying season we have so
many new ranges and ideas in store I thought it would be a great idea to write
our new and exciting plans in one blog post for everyone to browse through.
While many people pop in to ask if we
stock bridal shoes we are still unsure of the styles that work for our Long
One style we discovered this year at
Harrogate was the Ivory trainer style shoes perfect for the brides who want to
dance the night away. We decided to order a range of sizes as we feel they fit
into our shop perfectly.
We will also be trialling a few different
styles to see how they are received over 2019
Mid - Range Sized samples
We feel we have a good range of fishtail
and soft vintage gowns in store so this year we have decided to look at more
We have chosen soft chiffon gowns from
Ronald Joyce to give the brides sized 16 -18 a straighter more flattering
option without having to resort to full ball gown styles.
We also have bought in a confirmed favourite
from Fox Bridal named ‘Gypsy’. This gown encases the classic ‘boho’ look but
adds structure into the bodice.
We will be introducing prom dresses into
store for 2019 prom season. These will be a mix of elegant simple shapes and
sparkly stunner to wow even the pickiest of teenagers. Dresses will be
available to order until March 2019. We will also keep track of each dress sold
and the school attended by each purchase to limit duplicate sales for the same
Sorted online stall
The online store has been updated and
made easier to navigate. It also includes many of our new ranges.
Another new range that will be slowly
introduced to Blush is our Informal Bridal range. This range will be aimed at
the more mature bride or those who are looking for dresses that are for an
informal wedding. These will all be strictly ‘off the peg’ but will range from
£200 - £500. These dresses will sit on a completely different track to our
normal bridal range to avoid any confusion.
